The 2026 Lib Tech DPR is a directional twin all mountain board designed to excel all over the resort by combining high end response, effortless turns, and powerful pop. The Early Rise camber adds to this lively response and powerful pop in the tail, while the mid flexing core keeps you feeling solid underfoot and the equal nose and tail width ensures a user friendly as soon as you strap in on the mountain.
Board Type: All Mountain. All Mountain snowboards are versatile boards that excel across various terrains, from groomed runs to off-piste. These boards offer solid edge control and responsiveness, making them a great option for riders who want one board to do just about everything.
Flex: 6/10 (1=soft, 10=stiff) Offering a balanced blend of flexibility and stiffness, mid-flex boards are versatile and suitable for all-mountain riding. They provide enough responsiveness for carving while maintaining some forgiveness for playful or casual riding.
Ability Level: Intermediate snowboards offer more responsiveness and stability at higher speeds, with a slightly stiffer flex for better control on varied terrain and more advanced manoeuvres.
Shape: A directional twin snowboard has a symmetrical shape but with a slightly shifted stance, making it ideal for riders who want the versatility of a twin for freestyle, with the added stability of a directional design. It performs well both regular and switch but excels in one direction, offering improved control on varied terrain.
Camber Type: Early Rise Camber
The original camber type, unmatched for strong snap and powerful response, while the early rise in the nose and tail offer a catchfree freestyle ride, making it even more versatile for easier carving and float.
Width: Standard, Wide. Standard width boards deliver exceptional edge-to-edge quickness and responsiveness while providing enough platform space for riders with average boot sizes.
Wide boards are for those with large boot sizes and provide extra flotation, reduced drag, and never feel clunky or cumbersome underfoot.
Inserts: 2x4 Inserts. These offer a tighter hole pattern, allowing for more precise stance adjustments. They're common on modern boards and ideal for riders who want fine-tuned positioning and can be used with any binding with a standard or mini disk.
Board Construction
Topsheet: Eco Sublimated Poly Texture Topsheet. Similar to the untextured Eco Sublimated Poly Top, this topsheet uses eco-friendly sublimation that is strong and environmentally friendly but has texture to it making it stronger and more resistant to snow build up.
Laminate: Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax Fiber. The Tri-Ax and Bi-Ax alloy glass offers a smooth ride while keeping weight low.
Core: OP - Original Power Construction Core
Light, environmentally nice, and strong. Combines 75% Aspen and 25% Paulownia woods with Tri-Ax and Bi-Ax Fibreglass for a great long lasting ride.
Sidewall: Birch Internal, UHMW Sintered Sidewalls. Durable, high-impact ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It delivers exceptional impact resistance, superior resilience, and a smooth, damped ride.
Base: Knife Cut TNT Base. TNT is the fastest, highest-density UHMW base, designed for performance without wax due to a dual-layer thermal fusion creating a durable structure for consistent speed. The titanium layer reflects heat, maintaining snow temperature and knife cut graphics reduce waste by recycling off cuts onto other boards. This base is easy to maintain, easy to repair, and stays fast even as wax wears off.
Additional Features:
- Magne-Traction
Seven strategically placed serrations along the edges of the board grip onto the snow and hold a strong edge in any condition.
- UHMW Tip/Tail Impact Deflection. By removing the edge around the nose and tail and replacing it with UHMW material, you no longer need to worry about running your nose and tail into objects and damaging the edge. This makes it easy to repair and reduce swing weight.
